Running a business is hard. Working day in and day out just to make enough money or rather tremendous amount of money for a living. If you are a business owner you must possessed a "business" mind, and equipped with many strategy to run your business effectively and hook potential customers as well.


If you've bumped and read my previous blog already "Cheap Facial Extractor Too | How I wash my face | Shopee scam?" i mentioned about the sudden price hike of the item I purchased. It caught my interest and then out of curiosity I decided to look back  my previous purchased for the past weeks (I didn't included the discounted items or I purchased on sale) 



From P49.00 To P60.00

Here's the item I made review in my previous blog. I was shookt at the sudden price hike. Four (4) days before my parcel arrived I checked the item in the actual page and saw the price was change from P49.00 to P55.00 I quirked my eyebrow. The day the parcel has arrived, A few hours later I checked the item again just to be greet with the unfair changes of price. From 55.00 to P60.00 WOW!!! Just WOW!!! and then the seller labeled the item as sold out. ( I concluded: plenty of people add this item in their cart but haven't decided to make the final blow to purchase the product or maybe waiting for a week or two to get free voucher and then purchasing this item... the seller is quite good in his strategy.



From P179.00 To P199.00

I went through my completed purchase and inspect, the price demand is too much!!! This Purifier's original cost is P179.00 after few weeks the price changes to P199.00 (P20.00 price hike) is it because of production demands? No? Then may the seller is contemplating to put it on sale and faking to cut the price is half therefore people won't notice their little dirty secret?


Some items that are available on sales are not really discounted. Let say I have a product worth P50.00 and by next month which is 12.12 sale I will partake on the said event but I'm a business minded person and money is what kept this business running. Oh! I have an idea, I will change the price bit by bit so that people won't notice my little scheme out there ( until my product reach 50 sold and the item value is now P89.00 opposed from the original price P50.00) and then the event is nearing I will put back the original price and will write in the label that it is 40% discounted... easy money for he he he!!!



From P109.00 To P125.00

Honestly the Jogger pants is half good. I don't dislike it at all despite its baggy-ness and loose garter. 



From P49.00 To P66.00

This product does not even high demand, I wonder why is the sudden price hike eh? It's not even effective honestly... but I only used one small bottle so I guess you I can't truly says it was not effective. 


From P259.00 To P299.00

The VR Box I received was in good condition, the free remote is useless though and now I rarely use it since it doesn't even feels like realistic at all. From P259.00 to P299.00



From P27.00 To P35.00

This one is quite unfair it is not even a 2 in 1 mobile fan. Only compatible to micro type opposed from what they advertise geez!!! The funny this is, they put a "Lowest Guarantee Price" on the photo after changing the price eh? who will do that?



From P68.00 To P85.00


The silver one is the cheapest among the other color. 


From P37.00 To P39.00

If you aren't a curios buyer enough you might miss the small details, almost nothing has change because it's still in the number 30's but that is their scheme. They won't let you know that that's why they have to play it low and cautios. Easy money!!!



  
From P48.00 To P49.00

This item is from the same shop just above this photo, I told you they're playing it safe and almost unnoticeable, business minded indeed!!! 




From P197.00 To P246.00

I don't know if you know these feature of Shopee wherein you could bargain for a lower price, both the seller and the buyer must compromise regarding the price if the seller accept the price then you've won the bargain. Look closely at the photo, I tried to bargain for a lower price and the seller immediately decline my offer. 

I rest it for awhile like two days, when I click the item which I left undecided wether to buy it or not in the add to cart I was shookt!!! I thought there was a glitch since the price read P599.00 and then I closed the Shopee to refresh after a minute I went back and check the price, now it is read P246.00 and I already know there was something wrong with the seller. 

I initiate a conversation with him and ask if he could send me an actual photo of the vivarium for my turtle so that I atleast contemplate if it's fit for my pet turtle but he politely decline and gave me assurance about the quality of item. Which pertaining to what he said, the product is actually sturdy but the size is very small. The turtle can't even move nor swim. I was so disappointed.

 
People should not tolerate this kind of scheme businesses owner taking advantage. This is upsetting and unfair. They must be banned in every online shopping platform. They should at least make their business accessible for all in terms of fair price and fair quality. Sometimes business owners selling their goods for a hefty price and claiming that if you buy from their store the qualities and services are great and can compete to other products out there. Well, what can you expect? It's a business and they needed to make money by any means.

Don't get easily deceived by the surreal descriptions of the products or items. Those are half-true and not accurate regarding the quality, you should not high your hopes up you will only geting disappointed in the end. 

Lastly, you should be a curios buyer because that is an advantage for you. Being inquisitive is good because you are taking your time to choose if what are the great deals, instead of being an impulsive buying, you might miss the little details that may only disappoint you in the end.
